A one of a kind establishment! There really isn't anything like it. It has a small family feel to it and has it's own charm. Sometimes the universe has a sense of humor and this place has that in a very good way! Arnold and the crew are a bunch of quirky, enthusiastic individuals trying to get more people to eat their fruits and vegetables and show you creative tasty ways to do that. A healthy eating missionary if there ever was one. Arnold offers meal plans, smoothie bundles, and cost effective ways to dine in. He is a great unique soul rocking and rolling living the dream and truly cares about individuals bettering their health and quality of life. Now his "way" may not be everyone's, but he sure is a character, has integrity, and lives his truth and the world certainly needs more

On the way to teach a CPR class and I searched for some healthy food and found a gem. Arnold is a pleasure, and the place had a nice holistic feel. Grabbed a smoothie and a Banana Whip !!! Amazing and healthy.

I love this cafe.I drive from Baltimore md to get raw vegan meals that I feel safe eating. Arnold and staff knows how to make raw vegan meals tasty without over anding harmful ingredients
