El Limon Havertown

Came back after maybe 4 months of having the menu in my car which I had grabbed while working. The decor is very colorful and atmosphere festive. First, was the bev I got a Mundet green apple soda even though there were several options of Jarritos. Our hostess brought it back immediately. It was sooo crisp! I ordered flour tacos Tikka and Barbacoa Supreme(lettuce tomato and sour cream). Also, a street corn which I had never had before. For my closer I wanted churros. There was music playing and the cooking noises of our food being prepared a few feet away. The food arrived fast. Everything was fresh and tasty. The street corn was great with a squeeze of lime. My churros came with a side of the creamiest ice cream.

I have been to a couple of different locations, but this is not my favorite. The service wasn’t that great, although the food was good. It was a little disappointing, especially since it wasn't packed. Our server wasn't very attentive to the point where we were supposed to split the bill but she only charged one card. Honestly she looked exhausted and probably overworked. The food was still good, but maybe try getting it to go instead.

I like the location in Ardmore and discovered that a location in Havertown opened 4 minutes from my home. I'm going to turn into a burrito!! This place is amazing!! Fast and friendly service with huge portions.

Solid Mexican food in a convenient neighborhood location. I have been to three different locations of this restaurant and they've all been solid. If you want some decent Mexican food, at a very affordable price, check out El Limon

We had a great time. It was my wife's birthday and we had a great time. My sons and grandsons were all treated well. The food was excellent and we were treated with respect. A++!
