El Limon Chalfont

My coworkers told me about “El Limon” they said this place has good food, decent portions and reasonable price. They have parking lot to park which is good that we didn’t have to worry about looking to park on the street. I checked their menu thru website and seems they have small menu compare other Mexican restaurants around. I was looking like a platters and El Limon didn’t have it. My husband and my son got quesadillas.. the quesadillas seems smaller size and the taste was alright. My tacos was pretty good, I just wish they serve along with cebollín to make it more authenticity. Ordered pork tamales to go and they were pretty good too. Server was friendly. Someday I would like to try El Limon at the other location.

We order from El Limon in Chalfont multiple times a month. The food is always great — good quality and large portions — but the service is absolutely horrible. The employees act like they don’t care, and lately the place feels more focused on money than customers. Today we found a long fake French tip nail in our takeout. When we called (in both English and Spanish), we were hung up on twice. A third employee answered, showed no concern, refused a refund, and told us to drive back to pick up a new meal. The food might be good, but the way they treat customers is unacceptable. Very disappointed

If you just went and had the chicken tortilla soup, you'd walk away with an incredible experience! But then the steak and chorizo enchiladas were so incredible - Great place, incredibly fresh food. Expertly prepared. I'll be back as often as they'll have me!!

My family and I dine at the Chalfont El Limon.. a lot. Lol This is my favorite place to eat! Sometimes it will be 3 days a week.. lol Delicious, hot, tasteful and it punches you in the mouth with pure awesomeness in every bite!!! Great authentic Mexican food right here in Bucks, only a short drive away from downtown Doylestown. Friendly service and relaxed atmosphere. The loaded nachos were a great appetizer. Burritos were large and tasty. The quesadillas were very filling. I highly recommend the guacamole, very fresh and made on-site with lots of chips! The shrimp tacos had lots of shrimp, unlike many other restaurants. I’m definitely returning to have these again and to try new dishes.
