I really like El Jefe’s Taqueria. I always come here when I need something quick to eat, especially late at night since they stay open super late. The food is always very flavorful, and it never disappoints. My go-to order is the nacho bowl because you can customize it with whatever toppings you want, which I love. I’ve been coming here for years, and overall the quality has stayed consistent. The only thing I’ve noticed is that the portions used to be a bit bigger about four years ago compared to now. Still, the food tastes great, and it’s one of my favorite spots when I want something fast, tasty, and filling.
Got the set of three tacos of steak they were okay. The food here is not authentic Mexican food. The workers aren’t friendly or helpful for first timers. The horchata was good and was a reasonable price for the size. We forgot to take a photo of the tacos but I could not forget to take a photo of the atmosphere-the place itself was disgusting. There were no clean tables, napkins all over the floor and all of the trash were full.
amazing vegetarian options!! always fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced! Portions are more than enough, I recommend El Jefes to everyone it is so good!!
I recently visited this restaurant for the first time after hearing several positive recommendations. Although it was quite busy, the service was attentive and efficient. I ordered a bowl, which came in a very generous portion size, and I appreciated that guacamole was included at no additional charge. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, and I was impressed by the wide selection of hot sauces available. I also tried the chips, which unfortunately were a bit stale. Aside from that, the overall experience was excellent. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes, and I look forward to returning to try other menu items.
Ordered an 8” breakfast burrito for $7. Usually it’s a good size. This is what I got today. This is approx 2.5” long and barely any food in it. I complained and was told that the tortilla is technically an 8” tortilla. I think I could eat this in two bites, this is like a toddler size burrito. What a joke.
