El Jalisco

I'm new to the area and several people recommended this place for the best mexican food. It definitely did not disappoint! I got the chicken verde enchiladas with guacamole and chips on the side. The enchiladas were amazing. It came with lettuce , tomato cheese and sour cream on the side. They didn't come with beans or rice , which i'm used to in texas. But it was really amazing and I got everything for such a good price. I was a big fan of the chips and the guacamole was really good. I will definitely be returning. The customer service was really good from the moment I walked in.

This place is hit and miss. Never to big of a bad or good deal to leave a review until today. $13 for 2 BURRITOS thats supposed to be topped with chilli and cheese and there is almost no cheese so the tortilla is a weird texture and 2 tablespoons of chilli dumped on one end of the burritos. If it came with the rice and beans, I probably wouldn't even complain, but I just paid $13 to pick the meat out of it and eat it. On top of that, when i looked at my receipt, they charged an extra $2 for some reason! gonna be my last visit for awhile

Eat here. Really. And order the jalapeño margarita. Had the chicken tortilla soup without the tortillas. Amazing broth. The steak campion, vegetarian #4, fries and shrimp, nachos with chicken and peppers, chicken tacos. Delicious. And outstanding service.

Tried SO many things... The chips and salsa were decent, margarita was decent, and the ground beef wasn't bad. Wouldn't go back for anything else tho. Service was great! Atmosphere was nice, lots of TVs.

We found El Jalisco while traveling from Houston to Tulsa, and what a treat! The Mexican food in Houston is legit, thus our high standards and expectations. El Jalisco killed it on all fronts: clean restaurant, excellent food and super friendly staff. Every staff member we interacted with was clearly committed to exemplary service. We tried the carne asada plate and the TJ Special. Both were so tasty: rice and beans executed flawlessly; beef, chicken, shrimp and veggies cooked expertly; well-seasoned all around. It's our new stop on this route!
