El Jaliciense of Wyoming

We were passing through town and our party of 10 decided to stop here for dinner. They kindly set up tables for us. Service was very friendly and efficient. Atmosphere was clean and welcoming. And every one of us thoroughly enjoyed our food. Will definitely make it a point to stop here again next time we’re passing through.

This is a small restaurant with a small seating area. We shared the Grande #2 ( chimichanga and burrito) and it was plenty for two people. All of the food was good but a little bland ( and I’m not a spicy food fan). The waitress was busy with her activities ( sitting with one customer) and seeping instead of paying attention to customers. We waited for our check (never came- the waitress was still sitting with her friend). I went up to the register and the cook got my check and walked away, I had to call him back to pay cash, I guess it’s a self checkout situation?? Then I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, it’s outside and probably one of the smallest bathrooms I have ever been in. I’m so impressed with this restaurant! We had a group of 10 that they were able to seat quickly and the food was absolutely delicious! My husband and I had a chimichanga and chili relleno. I did not expect this tiny restaurant to have such good food. Very pleasantly surprised.

This place is underrated. Everything was wonderful. We didn’t have to yell to speak, the service was spot on, very friendly and accommodating. The quality of the food was outstanding from the wonderfully tasty tortilla chips and salsa to the entrees. I had tortilla soup and it was full of shredded chicken breast meat, avocados, some cheese and tortilla pieces. The broth was amazing. My husband had suizas enchiladas and said they tasted very good. Wonderful restaurant; very satisfying.

Super impressed. We had a wonderful meal. The benchmark for Mexican food is the chile relleno and they nailed it! I had the flank steak and it was cooked perfectly. We will be back!
