EL HUARIQUE Peruvian Cuisine

Riquísimo! Came from abq to try El Huarique to celebrate my birthday, it did not disappoint! We got the tallarines verdes con bistec y lomo saltado con tallarines de huancaína, with some aji de rocoto on the side. So fresh and delicious! The flavors transported me back to 🇵🇪😋. Can't wait to try their pollo a la brasa, salchipapa, and the rest of the menu! They have sunday specials and can cater. Most importantly, Abuela approved!!!

Delicious delicious food!!! I love ordering the Lomo Saltado, tender marinated steak with onions, fries and white rice. The tallarín saltado is delicious, also the tallarines à la Huancaina con lomo saltado! Really flavorful, and the chef is really kind and humble. There is out door seating, and food doesn’t take too long. They have late hours on the weekend.

wow wow wow!!! The food is the best Peruvian food in New Mexico! The lomo saltado is so GOOD!!! I've ordered it 4x and it NEVER gets old! The service is 10/5 stars they truly care about their customers and quality of food!

We tried several different dishes, all delicious & large portions. But Sun. nite special was seafood ceviche...with huge marionated prawns! Uniquely Peruvian by a chef from the region. Very welcoming... In a great heated tent for table seating.

I enjoyed this new food truck. It had some covered dinning tables attached. Food was really authentic and the portions well served. One of the best aspects were the opening hours, I think it's the only or one of the few food trucks in Santa Fe were you can have something more consistent than a burger or taco in the early morning.
