The best Mexican restaurant my Fiancé and I have been too in Oregon! The service was so sweet and nice! And the food was so authentic and delicious would recommend 10/10 we live a couple hours away and are excited to come back again soon just for it! Also we really wish we could’ve tipped more last night the service was so kind and this place really deserves it! 😊 it really made my Fiancé and I happy trying good Queso and we would honestly buy a jar of the salsa it’s amazing and thank you to the gentleman who was serving us he kept topping of our glasses and made sure we were taken care of so well! He even complimented us and said it was nice to seeing us laughing and talking instead of just eating and leaving. That really made our night 😊

El Guadalajara is a fantastic spot for authentic Mexican cuisine. The food was excellent—everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. From the perfectly seasoned meats, every bite was a treat. The salsa had just the right kick, and the portions were generous. The service was good, with the staff being friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. Overall, El Guadalajara is a must-visit if you’re craving delicious Mexican food with solid service. I’ll definitely be back!

The food was very good and came out quick and hot. Margaritas were awesome. Prices are reasonable. Good-sized portions and chips,salsa, and beans were brought out as soon as we arrived. Our waiter was very efficient and so pleasant. We had 2 people arrive a little later, we ordered for them. Our server waited until they arrived to complete their order, so it was fresh.

I have to say that this restaurant was absolutely perfect. The restrooms have to be the most cleanest restrooms I've ever seen in a restaurant, you can smell the clean. The atmosphere was relaxing very enjoyable . The customer service was just amazing and with a smile, so pleasant. The food was delicious! Hats off to the chef! I can't even begin to explain how delicious the bacon-wrapped prawns are. And the portions are perfect. I will be back!

The Chile Verde was great, as well as the Flann! It was early afternoon, so nice and relaxed, and our server Roberto was very pleasant!
