El Dorado Mexican Restaurant

Ordered to-go from here yesterday. I ordered 2 hard shell beef tacos for me, and 3 soft shell beef tacos for my grandpa. They gave us all 5 soft shell tacos and I'm like okay I don't care to make a big fuss over a simple mistake I can eat soft shell. I start to eat the tacos though and the ground beef on all 5 TACOS is UNDERCOOKED and PINK throughout. It was definitely disappointing and took my appetite away. Cooking food throughly is bare minimum for a restaurant and they didn't even assure the food was cooked properly.

First time going today and it won't be the last! Sophia was an excellent part to our experience and the manager was an active member in helping the team be successful. Sophia was attentive, quick, and pleasant. Excellent pricing paired with excellent portions. Thank you!

The food was bland.Our server was the equivalent of Lurch from the Addams family.To compensate for the diminutive size of my chimichanga,they over loaded my plate with rice and other things.If you are aspiring to eat bland food at a mediocre restaurant,by all means journey here and enjoy yourself.

I’ve been twice - the first time to try it out, the second time was not my choice. I had a lunch special the first time and the nachos supreme the second time. The lunch special came with rice and beans but a very small portion - the beans were basically a paper-thin layer. It was a good price though. I did not want to come back based on the food but ended up going again, again not by choice, for a function. The chicken on the nachos supreme I got on my second visit was pretty good, it was a huge portion, and I liked the salsa they give you with the complementary chips. The ground beef was terrible. It had a gray color to it, maybe like it was over crowded in the pan while cooking it and the meat got steamed instead of browned. It was mushy and barely seasoned. Being one of the most basic

*update We have been here a few times since coming to the area. Everything is great accept the food is bland. There is not any seasoning or much flavor difference in the dishes. Each item tastes the same. We have branched out to trying some of the others in the area and have found better taste but not as close to home. We have found ourselves not coming anymore because of the missing flavors. Staff was great, atmosphere was very energetic, food was good as well as the drinks. The drinks werent as strong, a bit tart for margaritas, I ordered another shot to put in mine. That fixed it. Food was tasty but not the best mexican I've ever had. Needed a bit more flavor and perhaps reel back the menu. It is way too big. Overall, we will be back!
