Birdie's Craft Coffee

Birdies Craft Coffee is a 10/10 win! The environment is very open, yet a cozy grandma cottage-core vibe, in the best way. Unique prints and textiles on the walls, and was exceptionally clean. The coffee - I ordered a specialty drink, the Little Charlotte (latte) (with half the sugar), and it was fabulous! You can actually taste the espresso which I personally love. As an avid coffee drinker (usually black pour over with light cream) I really value when a coffee shop is focused on coffee, and not a pastry café who happens to sell coffee. The drink had brown sugar molasses syrup which tasted homemade, and was shaken espresso (1 regular pull and 1 instant). A lot of depth in flavor and well-made. Good coffee, great baked good. Definitely on the pricey side. I was a bit shocked at the lack of friendliness the staff had… they were two young ladies that were more interested in talking with each other than with customers.

Birdie’s Craft Coffee in Pleasant View is such a cute spot! The vibe is cozy and welcoming — perfect for a morning pick-me-up or just hanging out. The owner is so nice and makes you feel right at home! I ordered the Sunday Best with oat milk and it was a 10/10 — smooth, creamy, and delicious. Can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu! ☕💛

Just discovered birdies and i’m so glad I did! The atmosphere is great. the girl taking my order was soooo incredibly sweet, I wish I got her name so I could write it in this review. The coffee was great as well. They had lots of seating options outside as well as inside. Highly recommend checking this coffee shop out!

Very friendly staff full of smiles and kindness! The oatmeal cream pie was delicious. The coffee options were unique. New business that will continue to establish / enhance the atmosphere.
