El Coronel

I had a wonderful dining experience at Coronel Restaurant in North Aurora. The food was exceptional, especially the beef soup and the CR7 Torta, both of which were flavorful and satisfying. The fresh mango water and hibiscus water were a refreshing touch as well. The service was top-notch; both the waiter and the chef were attentive, friendly, and made sure we felt welcome. Additionally, the variety of hot sauces available added a delightful kick to the meal. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for great food and excellent service!

Was around the Outlet mall and wanted some authentic Mexican, found this gem tucked away bout 9 min away , tried a super Huarache with cactus bits , the huarache was freshly made and the meat grilled to perfection . my daughter tried their huge Sope tasted fresh and meat seasoned well , wife had the caldo de res ! Try them out . (Not pictured a salsa bar )

We had carry out tonight and we were really impressed! Staff is super friendly and food was amazing made quick and hot! They even custom make a vegetarian burrito. The green salsa was addicting. The guacamole was one of the best I've ever had, all ingredients were fresh and amazing flavors. We can't wait to go back to dine in and try the salsa bar! Very authentic, go try it and support local!

I'm going to keep this short. I had the carne asada and the al pastor tacos. I'm very picky about these tacos because a lot of places either cannot season the meat properly or they have meat that is grisly and chewy. Both the carne asada and al pastor tacos I had were really good, best tacos I've had in a while. Seasoning was there for sure! I gave four stars only because I need to try more of their food, I will be back to try more and hopefully give them that missing fifth star!

Salsa bar is a great feature. Had tacos and a burrito with my wife for lunch and the food was excellent. Definitely recommend it if you’re in the area!
