El Comalillo

This food truck is tucked away in the back of the parking lot, so it’s a little easy to miss if you aren't looking for it, but it's well worth the search. We tried the chicken, birria, and chorizo tacos, and they were all fantastic -- really authentic and flavorful. My only minor complaint is that they don't offer any veggie taco options. If you're a meat eater, this is a must-visit, but hopefully, they’ll add some vegetarian choices soon!

You know when you look at a photo and instantly know it’s going to taste amazing? That was this place. The torta was a 10/10 — loaded with all the fixings you could ask for. The guac, the pickled jalapeños… soooo good. Everything was fresh and flavorful. My family ordered the quesabirria and the portions were solid. My husband especially loved it — he said it had tons of flavor and the meat wasn’t earthy at all (which can sometimes happen). We will be back energy forrrr sure 👍

This is our favorite Mexican food truck in Beaverton, and we have tried quite a few. Their old location was walking distance from us, and we liked the food so much we followed them to their new location even though we have 3 other food trucks in walking distance, we will drive to get El Comalillo because nothing else compares. The owners are really nice too and were so welcoming when we first moved to Beaverton. We always get a taco plate and quesabirria with horchata or strawberry drink. Great food made by great people. 5 stars.

Can't go wrong eating here! Amazing food! Great salsas, and aguas frescas

I was a little hesitant to order from here when I didn’t see reviews but I’m so glad I did because this little food truck might be the best birria I’ve ever had and for sure the best I’ve had in the pnw! It’s tucked in the corner of the ampm a little hidden and the owners are also very sweet. The consome is so flavorful and has the perfect flavor. The quesabirria tacos are so delicious I always have to get at least 4! Definitely make sure to check it out over the other trendier birria spots in Portland because this is the real deal! (Great price as well, doesn’t overcharge like other places)
