El Cerro Mexican Bar & Grill

My husband and I choose this restaurant almost every time we do date nights. This was the first time we brought my mom with us to dinner. She has a shellfish allergy and we were ordering the same dish except I was getting shrimp in mine. We made sure to tell our server that my mom had that allergy. My husband and I don’t have any allergies so we never had to inform the server but they bring out your meal separately and it has a sticker labeled with your allergy. I can’t believe how above and behind they went to make sure my mom was safe. I appreciate and so grateful for all the staff and the managers tonight that took my mom’s food allergy very serious. We already love this place so much but it definitely made us love this place even more. We will brag to everyone we know about this place.

1st time here and will return. Wonderful staff, everyone helps each other. Food is Excellent. Mrs Claudia surprised us with her special not on the menu Signature birthday dessert. Thank you all at Cerro Mexican restaurant in Conway SC.

Always a great spot with large portions and some of the best staff in Conway. Great flavor on everything. Fajitas and Alambre pictured. Your new favorite place for sure

The atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely. Walked in and it was quiet, sitting was quickly. The service was very friendly and the food was also delivered quickly. Everything was hot and tasteful! The birra was full of beef, and it was pretty tender. This was a great spot and will definitely visit again.

Went here for the 1st time on Saturday November 1st 2025 with my parents for a much needed dinner. We walked in and was greeted by a host who sat us down right away. This restaurant is decorated in a Mexican building style with pillars and nice stonework inside. The Host took us to a booth. Booth was comfortable. Server greeted us right away with chips and salsa, and got us started with 3 waters. We also ordered some drinks like the Blue Hawaiian 2X, and a bahama mama! They have an interesting menu ranging from different options from a fajita, vegan items, chicken dishes, salads and more! I ordered the Steak Fajita M, and my mom ordered the vegan enchiladas. Can't remember what my dad ordered unfortunately. Oh and this place doesn't charge one for a refill of chips and salsa. Waitress also
