This place itself its good and I have no problem with the food. I've been here 5-6 times i would say. But what i cannot stand is the service. The staff is rude and once they see you enter they dont acknowledge you. They dont even greet you. They saw me today standing there and did nothing but keep flirting with customers, its sad to see the staff being rude to customers that only want to buy. This is another level of unprofessionalism. I will take my business elsewhere.

1. Be prepared to TIP generously otherwise it will reflect on the services rendered to you as gratuity is not included on your bill 2. Colonial colorization is in full effect @ Carreterra 48……. I was order calentado with arepa and that food was old and bad smell with . I ate believed that I wrong with bad smell, but next day after ate this food I had stomach issues. Also pandebonos is so expensive

Food took over an hour to deliver, when we received the food it was cold and soggy. Also customer service was horrible we’d and ask for update and the lady kept lying about the eta.
