The place is nicely decorated. I’m not sure if it’s pink all year round but we went for Valentine’s day so it was very cute. The strawberry crepes were very good. I got a mango juice with water and it was very good too. They give the option of water and milk for your juice/shakes. They have live entertainment and good music selection. Some people got up to dance. The server was nice and checked on our table but he needs to be a little more prepared with the basics, such as utensils.
I came here because I really miss having a yummy crepe place to go to so i thought I would give this place a try. The tables were very small and the miss matched silverware and missmatched plates were interesting; also the water cups were bumpy I kind of enjoyed that (I did like that all the silverware was golden). The savory crepes were alright which is why it gave 3 stars instead of 2 but the sweet crepes were like a chewy rubber very hard to chew. The service wasn't bad but had no interest in chatting or smiling. My search for a good crepe place continues.
A really cute hidden gem! Aesthetically pleasing pink atmosphere with a laid back whimsical vibe. My overall experience was pleasant and satisfactory. The only takeaway in my opinion is how small the space actually is and wait time. I waited almost 15 minutes for a frozen frappe! Other than that, great drinks, friendly staff, and cutesy atmosphere.
El Café By La Abuela is a hidden gem! The moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and comfort that truly lives up to its name — “by the grandmother.” The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with a mix of authentic Latin charm and modern touches. The coffee is rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed, and the pastries taste homemade — fresh, buttery, and full of flavor. Their empanadas and sandwiches are absolutely delicious and prepared with care. The staff are kind, friendly, and always make you feel like part of the family. If you’re looking for a place to relax, enjoy good food, and sip amazing coffee, El Café By La Abuela is the perfect spot. Highly recommended!
Omg! This place is amazing! It's beautiful and adorned with pink. Our waiter was Juan was absolutely AMAZING! He was so attentive and nice! He answered every question, and was very informative about the menu. He was super friendly and felt like a family friend! The hot chocolate was sooo good and the strawberry crepe dessert was top tier! The customer service was superb! We will be coming back...and will ask for Juan EVERY TIME 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽
