El Cabrito de Texcoco Taqueria

This is the most authentic Mexican food I have had since I lived in New Mexico. The food is made to order. Handmade corn tortillas, spicy salsa, a great variation of tacos, gorditas, chile relleno and other Mexican foods. I even ordered some delicious tortillas to take home. The service was excellent. If you do not eat here you will be missing out.

This is a quiet little, unassuming truck (and tent) with some killer tacos. I tried barbacoa, chorizo, pastor, pescado, and pollo... and that's just a small sampling of the different meat options. I think the pastor was my favorite, though the rest were nearly as delicious. They provide the usual fixings: lime, cilantro, and onions, plus cucumber and red daikon slices, mole sauce and habanero sauce if requested. I'll definitely be stopping by next time I pass through!

This place will make you feel like Anthony Bordain. Unassuming location and absolutely fantastic food. Pastor tacos are the best I’ve had.

Tacos were very good, the Al pastor tacos were the best as well as their burritos, a little bit different but something about the taste made it stand out to me 10/10. Owners are very nice and cute little location

OMG! We were in town (Gilroy) looking for some good tacos. Bamm El Cabrito we came across. The most tasty tacos i had since las cruces NM. I highly recommend. Super tasty.
