El Beto's Mexican Food

After been advice on the drive thru to go in after i had a complaint about the food, i was left waiting on the lobby by the workers, i would see them talking to each other and laughing between them, after i was told what their names were by a person that was there, my sister started calling them for help/service and they ignored us! Thats when they went all the way in and we could hear them but not been able to see them, leaving us out there for a while. Once the girl came out again and saw the camera (the same cashier that told us to come in), acted like she didnt know we were still there. Our complain to begin with was the lack of extra ingredient that we paid for that the meal originally came with hardly had any. The girl said that we didnt pay for it than she said we did. I absolutely LOVE this Betos! Their dining room closes at 10, or 11 PM.I always get the same thing, a side of rice and beans. They always load up the to-go containers pretty full of both the rice and beans and server it with their AMAZING red, and green sauce! I love both hot sauces, but I like to put the red sauce on my rice and beans. It's pretty hot and spicy, which I ABSOLUTELY LOVE! They also, never forget my silverware, or napkins and rarely forget the hot sauces! I'm more concerned about the silverware and napkins! I don't like getting my food without napkins or silverware with my food S. How can you eat without napk, when you go through the drive-thru?! And they'll give you a very decent amount too! Very Expensive for the food they cook which isn’t good at all. The worst Mexican food I have ever had. The steak was cold and hard like it just came out of the fridge, the rice was nasty. I enjoyed the tortillas. But ended up throwing the rest of the food in the trash.

I swear the people working the drive thru don’t pay attention. I asked 3 times that they lady got my order correct and that se got the no guacamole on my hot cheetos fries well of course I open everything to check and of course my hot cheetos fries are not only soggy, but they were covered in guacamole and I can’t eat guacamole without breaking out in hives. As for the taco well talk about cold and soggy! Looks like the taco was dipped in water. I called to let them know my order had been messed up and the manage tells me that the lady working the drive thru took someone’s DoorDash order that had been sitting there for who knows how long and gave it to me. I don’t know why you’d allow an employee to do something like that, but whoever is in charge needs to sit down and talk to this emplo

Been coming here for years the food is kind of mid, but you get what you pay for. They recently upped their prices and makes it completely not worth going. It’s now $13 for a Breakfast burrito. Simply not worth it, Please lower your prices
