El Asador Restaurant

I ordered at the window. Took about 15 mins to get my food. I got the soda de mondongo which is a Salvadorian style beef tripe soup. Came with 2 tortillas, rice and jalapenos. ($17) Very good and flavorful. I will be trying the Caldo de menudo estilo mexicano next time I visit.

Ordered them through door dash and the quality was abysmal. Carnitas tacos was pure fat, no meat.

My favorite hidden gem. Best food in the Fredericksburg/Spotsylvania area. LARGE portions, prices fairly, clean, great service, and delicious food. Go get some!!!

I come from Culpeper to try the tacos de birria from el asador because a friend recommended it to me and and he was very happy with it so I wanted to give it a try and I’m so happy I did because it was so delicious, 10/10. For me it is quality over quantity and the quality of their food is honestly one of the best I have had. I left the restaurant very happy with the food, service and everything in general! I would definitely recommend El asador restaurant.
