Absolutely delicious all around! Service was excellent and staff was super friendly. Our party of 6 got very lucky because we got there just before 3 other parties showed up so we were seated immediately. Definitely will be returning. My group ordered Aticuchos, aguadito de pollo, bistec a lo pobre, Tallarin Verde con ribeye, and salchipapas (in that order as pictured). For drinks we had a Cusqueña which is a light lager from Perú. We also had coffee and a Colombiana, a soda from Colombia very similar to the taste of Dr.Pepper.
The food ans service are amazing. The Bistec a la pobre is great. Hearty meal. The Arroz Chaufa is one of the best rice dishes I have had. 5 stars all around. Plantains are delicious as well.
We had been looking forward to coming here. The food did not disappoint. It is nice seeing more variety of restaurants come to Banning. It is nice to be able to support a family restaurant. Everyone was so kind there. We were so excited and hungry that we forgot to take pictures of the food. Oh well, next time. We ended up getting 3 appetizers and 1 main dish. Shared it between two adults and a toddler. They also had an infused water with lemon and blackberry. Empanadas, Papa Rellena, Ceviche and Arroz Chaufa with chicken. The empanadas were so fresh/yummy and came with a side salad. The potatoes were really good and a hit with our child. The ceviche didn't come with chips which is what we are used to yet had an amazing flavor. The fried rice is the freshest that we have ever had with a g
Everything is delicious and the service is amazing! Since they were new to the city and to owning a restaurant there was a period of adjustment for the first couple months but every-time we have been there they are more attractive and staff has become more knowledgeable about Peruvian cuisine and culture! We love it here!
Alright, I just saw this peruvian spot open in banning and wanted to give it a shot. The place is a bit small. Family restaurant for sure as they had a younger girl helping wait the table. She was very nice. I got a variety of plates to try them. The saltado de lomo and shrimp were really tasty. The chicken one was not l, it was too sweet, alsmot tasted like teriyaki chicken. These portions were very small. Maybe make em a bit bigger. Also had the arroz chaufa and the bistek de pobre. The rice was really good and a big portion. The steak was also delicious it was served with Yucca, and it was also delicious. I don't drink soda, so I asked for water. The water came in a small plastic cup it was warm but had a dash of mint. I will come back when improvements are done. Overall, 4 stars based
