We have ordered from Baskin-Robbins for years. Let me tell you i love their banana royal. We door dashed as we do most of the time, you who made our order last night was HORRIBLE! I received our order and I got banana chocolate SOUP! my Husband's was supposed to be a cappuccino blast "capi" and his was a chocolate shake🤔😶 please let this be a one time thing.

I haven’t been to this Baskin Robins in a few years and I’m not sure if it was the time that I got there but the seating areas were really dirty. Both the floor and tables were covered with trash, ice cream, and other unknown substances. The service itself is great, the staff are friendly and kind. I just personally wished that the seating area was cleaner.

Thank god we have a Baskin Robbins in town. The young people that work here are very sweet, and you can sample flavors without judgement. My husband always picks his ice cream for his banana split and then asks them to put whichever toppings they think will be good with his flavors. So far so good we are very happy customers.

I have never felt more unsafe in a public business in my life. At this Baskin-Robbins location, my family and I were literally robbed in the parking lot — in front of my children. A man loitering right outside the store took my wallet without me even knowing and witness alerted us, he screamed threats at us (including at my kids), and admitted he was a felon. He was later arrested by police. The environment here feels threatening even to the employees as attested by one of the employees to the police in her report, and even the police officer said this area is known for this type of stuff— you can sense how unsafe they feel working in this kind of atmosphere. Management allows people to loiter directly outside the store without any security, lighting is poor, and there’s zero sense of prot
