Where do I begin! Absolutely pathetic service and sandwiches!!!!!! 1- fix your drive up speaker so you're not doing one order at a time as they pull up to the window and keep line moving! 2- train your staff, absolute confusion watching them. 2 trying to figure it out and one just wondering around! 3- dont act put out because I pulled up to the window and at least fake a smile that you like your job. Once again, train your staff!!! 4- as I sit at the drive up for 36 minutes for 2 sub-par sandwiches, I see the one employee rummage through the garage for a receipt with her gloves on, finds it, then starts to make a sandwich without changing her gloves!!!! 4- I've managed to keep it together because I notice a different employee making my sandwiches, but when she brings it to the window is s

My family and I absolutely love chocolate chip bagels. We order a baker’s dozen to last us the week. We very rarely get what we order (13 chocolate chip bagels) because this is “an express location” and they don’t have that many ready. My husband once waited for fresh bagels and it took only 10 minutes to have the fresh bagels ready. In the time it takes to write the rude note I got in my bagel box today (with only half of the box being chocolate chip), those bagels could’ve been made and packaged without anyone having to wait. Stop offering what you can’t sell. If I could get chocolate chip bagels literally anywhere else, I would. Besides that, this location is full of some of the rudest people working there. Always amazing I have never had something that wasn't delicious and swiftly made. The staff is always attentive and helpful, but they are a little bit smaller shop and don't offer everything the big shops do but what they have is amazing. 10 stars would recommend to anyone that likes bagels or bagel sandwiches!!

I don't plan on returning to this location again. Placed an order through DoorDash this morning and went to pick it up. We were then berated by an extremely unpleasant old woman for not coming into the building to pick it up. If I had seen anywhere that was required I would have come in, however she was extremely rude and condescending. To top it off, my order wasn't even correct after that, I didn't receive the bagel I paid extra for and they forgot my twice baked hash brown. Not usually one to post negative reviews but felt our experience warranted it.

The lady at the window must have been hired for her lack of personality and customer service skills. Because she had neither. My Bengal was good as expected. But 1 star for hiring someone so rude. Came through Sunday Nov 9th at 8:30 am. And they got a simple order wrong. Ordered one ham and cheese and one plain begal. The only way that could be screwed up is. Cuz the lady at the window didn’t pay any attention and was so rude I read through the reviews there is multiple complaints about your workers. Clearly the problem isn’t getting fixed And the best part is I applied for the manager position and wouldn’t have allowed that kind of working in my store.
