Einstein Bros. Bagels

So I know that no one wants to be at work, but it wohld be nice to get a good morning or how may I help you not just someone staring at you waiting for you to talk to them.. what ever happened to service with a smile or just a hello.. I was my first time at this location.. I'll give it another chance.. lets see if things get better..

Let me start off by saying I love Einstein, but recently they’ve been going downhill at this specific location. DO NOT order Uber Eats from this location. Every single time I do; there’s ALWAYS something wrong with the order. Today, I ordered a turkey, bacon, and avocado sandwich on an Asiago bagel. Instead, they gave me a turkey sandwich with cucumbers (which I’m HIGHLY allergic to, by the way, could’ve been really bad if I actually ate some) spinach, and tomato. And before you question if it was the Uber Eats drivers fault (if he grabbed the wrong bag) or not, my boyfriend’s order was placed in the same bag. His order was correct, so it was purely Einstein’s fault. They obviously just look at the very first two words on the order and disregarded the “bacon and avocado” part. This could

Visited this location today and not only was my food good but I had the sweetest young lady help me when I messed up my order. Instead of giving me attitude, she kindly changed my coffee from cold to hot and maybe to some it’s not a big deal but this is how i start my day! I appreciate you and would love leadership to know how great you are, thank you Samantha, you’re awesome!

The bagels themselves were good, amount of schmear is underwhelming, and quantity of tomatoes was also underwhelming. Service was great, when we asked for more tomatoes for the bagel, they happily obliged and gave us more. Overall a good experience.

Worst Einsteins ever. Customer service is horrible and the heavier set lady that worked today at 1:55 always has the worst attitude. I blew it off the last two times but today was it. You guys close at 2pm not 1:55pm. When I try to make an order, the employee shouldn’t be able to yell out “I ain’t toastin no bagel” because they decided to clean up the toaster before close. Change your hours, or have a menu specific for earlier hours. Pure insanity. Drove 15 minutes to get there specifically knowing I had time to arrive before close.
