I tried to give this place another try after a recent poor experience. However, yesterday I ordered a drive through order online at 111pm and the order said the food would be ready at 131. I arrived at 130pm and was asked what my name was. I gave my name, both first and last, and was told to pull up to the window. I pulled up and was again asked by a female what was my name. I again gave both my first and last name. I was told they didn't have my order in their computer yet. She asked me if I was sure I placed the order for their store. I showed them my order on my phone. I waited for a few minutes. The female came to the window again and asked me what my name was again and was told they still didn't have my order yet. Seems like they went through a change of management and it looks like it’s starting to run itself into the ground. There is no reason why I should be waiting 20-40 minutes for a bagel in the drive thru. That’s not even an exaggeration.. average time spent in drive thru is always 30 minutes unless you just happen to get lucky which would be an odd hour of the day. Always inconsistent, bagel is either too toasted or barely toasted. Too much shmear or hardly any. Vanilla cream cold brew is either perfect or half sweet cream where I feel like I’m drinking sweet milk. Workers don’t seem happy, no sense of morale. Also way too expensive to be waiting so long on inconsistent food and drinks. Family of 4 should expect to spend $40-$50 if getting food and drinks. Will stick with what I grew up on,

I recently ordered the baker's dozen with shmear and asked for the bagels to be sliced. When I got the bagels at work, almost all of the bagels had not been sliced through and they also were not sliced properly. They were sliced part of the way through and one side was very thin and the other very thick. When you toast them the thin side burns and the thick side doesn't toast enough. I'm assuming the bagels are sliced in a machine, not by hand. Either the machine is broken or they are not being loaded properly. Please improve this process.

Let's just say our 1st time here went well. Today, our 2nd time here not pleased at ALL. We didnt mind the very long wait to order then wait to get our food, no problem. But after waiting that long n pay for something we expect the CORRECT food. We order 1 bagel c.cheese, 1 bagel butter and Ham n Swiss on everything bagel. When we got home, we had ham n egg on plain bagel. Not happy as we all know there's a price difference in those to sandwiches but most of all not what we ordered. We clearly stated what we wanted n cashier even repeated it back to us. Maybe get another cashier up front on the weekends but more help taking orders is needed. Unsatisfied customers

Yet another issue. I have the flu and am physically unable to fix my son breakfast so I ordered via DoorDash. I ordered 2 bagels and a cinnamon roll. Nothing crazy. Why is the cinnamon roll not there?! I hate to keep leaving bad reviews but please get workers who actually care about doing a good job and check orders before marking them complete.
