Can't really say I hate it but I drive across town to this location before set closing time I arrived in the rain door locked ring bell no1 came disappointed

Super unprofessional i called to see if the do edible images and they didn't picked up called again never picked up left a message and never got back to me so its a no for me

This is the best store for folk that are in the home base cakes business. You find everything in here from cakedec, Wilton etc. Why wait to get it in the mail and pay shipping cost, when you could get it today and reasonable prices. Friendly staff and the owner she has a good heart 💛 .

Absolutely love Eileen's Cak's. She welcomes you into her bakery with a smile. The pan sobao is good. Best of all, the cakes. They are the typical PR cake with almond flavor and FRESH. I hope her business prospers and she stays in Chicopee for a LONG time.
