EggBred Soft Opening Review - A Must-Try in Fruit Cove! I was lucky enough to stop by EggBred during their soft opening this week with a group of coworkers, and what an impressive start! Located right in the heart of Fruit Cove, the spot truly lives up to its promise of being a cozy, laid-back atmosphere. We enjoyed the fantastic Florida weather and ended up spending hours hanging out and chatting thanks to the plenty of outdoor seating—it was a perfect spot to start the workday. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which is always a huge plus. The food came out surprisingly fast, especially considering how busy they were. I absolutely love this local gem. My aunt was visiting from out of town and we both were very pleased. The warm greeting from the restaurant staff set the tone for a very nice visit. The service was fast and efficient with attention to detail. The foooood was absolutely DELICIOUS! We ordered the Pork Chorizo Egg and Cheese and the Scramble Me Softly. Those two were accompanied by coffee and a blood orange juice. I had the Scramble Me Softly and baby when I tell you that I ate that sandwich in 2.2 seconds, yes, I did. The bread is what got me, however, the overall sandwich was tasty. My blood orange juice was Very good as well as thirst quenching. My aunt enjoyed the Pork Chorizo Egg and Cheese sandwich. Today the whole family went to Eggbread. Everything was delicious, the staff was friendly, the food was fresh and prepared very quickly! We will definitely be back! Thank you, guys!

Food: The Chicken Fried Chicken breakfast sandwich was the standout for me--crispy, juicy, and perfect when dipped in that gravy! The Bacon, Egg & Cheese was solid and satisfying. Environment: Cozy, clean, and inviting, though the dining area is on the smaller side. Service: It took a little longer since everything's cooked fresh, but it's worth the wait. Final Thoughts: EggBred delivers. I'll definitely be back to try more sandwiches--highly recommend!
