This place is nice and quiet—no rowdy crowd here. The restaurant is very clean, and the cashier Otis who took my order was professional and greeted me warmly. I enjoyed my sub sandwich peacefully without any interruptions. One thing worth highlighting is that Dylan brought my food out to my table while I waited, which I thought was awesome service.

I don't understand the hype around this place - over 1k reviews and sitting at 4.4 average for a fast food place had me very intrigued. I got the spicy grinder and bacon ranch fries. The fries were good, but not anything special in my experience. The ranch is a bit watery for my taste, especially for something to be drizzled over fries. Bread is a critical component of a sandwich. I saw someone else mention gluten free- not sure if they only serve gluten free bread but it sure tastes like it. Bread is not very soft and the taste is fairly bland. The sandwich ingredients themselves were alright but nothing special. The sandwich just wasn't very tasty overall, and I think a big part of this was the bread. I only ended up eating half. The people working the place are very nice, so guessing

Went through the drive through and was helped my an associate names Scott. He was very kind, and pleasant to speak with. My food order was quick and everything tasted fresh. I love the crinkle cut fries there most of all. Glad this store made its way to Casa Grande.

Update - We came by for lunch. Had the Chicken Tenders with fries and the Ham and Swiss sandwich. We totally enjoyed both! But the best part was the young lady that took our order. She went above and beyond. Then we found out she was new and I was so impressed! Eegees, you have one very promising employee! We only had the eegee icey and loved them!

I generally use the drive through where the servers are very pleasant, courteous, and eager to help. I love the pina colada flavor drinks.
