Downtown Icecream Shop

Great banana split! They serve fantastic and classic Thrifty ice cream! Such a treat! The shop itself has tons of personality. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They even had a classic Flintstones cartoon playing when I was there. I am very happy I visited 😁🍨

We're here for a couple weeks in a campground down the road. After dinner we were looking for ice cream, didn't want to do the big commercial places and saw this one. My friends and I all had waffle cones and scoop ice cream. Very good and reasonablely priced. The interior is unique and the gal who took care of us was wonderful! You can even try a taste of something before you order. Oh and they have a bunch of flavors to choose from.

This little shop is well worth a visit. The owners are down-to-earth, funny, and very nice. It's an interesting little shop. Thrifty ice cream is served, so it is delicious. Inexpensive treat. Stop by and support local!

Delicious ice cream shop with great service. There is plenty of space to sit and right next to the train tracks. It's exciting to enjoy a waffle cone and watch the trains go by.
