Great service, clean spot and I saw the employee wash his hand multiple times and use gloves. Unfortunately the bread was a little moldy. We ate the meat from inside the sandwich and it was delish.
This is a new, simple sandwich shop attached to gas station. The sandwiches are made to order. Everything is clea, clear and simple. I liked those things about Edward's. I'll be back.

Excellent subs! Fully (extra) loaded for hungry hikers. Super friendly service. They welcome hikers to charge electronics, repack and hangout. Highly recommended for JMTers and PCTers on your resupply stop in Independence. Hours of the Deli are 9 to 5 according to the employees. Entrance is right next to the Valero and through the Valero.
