Edgar's Bakery Stadium Trace

After many purchases and awesome service , we have had a bad experience here at Edgar’s. An order was placed and discussed in depth with Jordan, the cake decorator. We arrived to a very disappointing purchase. Our cake was decorated incorrectly and brownie/lemon squares were packaged incorrectly. The staff tried to correct and were very helpful but just not the Edgar experience we are accustomed too. This was for our daughter’s engagement party and an important purchase for us. I hope any future purchases are in the standard we are accustomed to when purchasing from Edgar’s.

The young lady who was putting out the different cakes was so sweet I enjoyed talking to since I found out we are both from Illinois. But the cashier needs to pay attention to what people order. Since I’m visiting I should have checked my bag before I left. But I pointed out to her I wanted one oatmeal and one chocolate chip pecan even my receipt says that. She gave me two chocolate chip cookies. I’m extremely upset by this because I only get to go here when I’m in town. Because if she can’t tell the difference between chocolate chip and oatmeal cookies she should not be working at the front of the bakery. And plus these desserts are not cheap!

For my mom’s 60th birthday, we gifted her the most perfect cake from Edgar’s! In addition to the beautiful, heart-shaped, intricate design, it was made with red velvet cake — her favorite! It was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. Customer service was also 5 stars!! Always love Edgar’s cakes :)

Just stopped to get treats; cupcakes, they were ok, cakes slices which everyone loved and cheesecake, yummy. The girl helped me was great. Made suggestions, didn't rush me, good service.
