From the moment we walked into Eddie V's Prime Seafood, the experience was exceptional. The ambiance is elegant yet inviting — perfect for celebrating my mother’s birthday. The service? Impeccable. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm — they truly rolled out the red carpet for my mother’s special day, especially considering it was our first time visiting. Our server, Brent, was on point and ensured every detail was just right from start to finish. The food was absolutely outstanding. Every bite felt intentional, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. And the cocktails? Crafted flawlessly. Eddie V’s truly delivers a five-star dining experience — from atmosphere to service to cuisine. If you’re celebrating something special this is the place to be. My wife and I were super excited to try this place! We decided to try it for Valentine's Day as this one was extra special; this will be our last Valentine's with just us two before the arrival of our son Teo 🥹 We made reservations which we highly suggest as there were others who made reservations but forgot or didn't make reservations at all and had to be turned away. Celebrated my best friend’s birthday at Eddie V’s, and everything was amazing—down to the details! I noted on our reservation that we were celebrating a birthday, and they truly went above and beyond. There was birthday confetti on the table, a handwritten birthday card, and a complimentary dessert at the end of dinner. The banana foster cake with double chocolate cookie and a scoop of ice cream was so good. Our waiter, Andrew, was fantastic! Every recommendation he made ended up being our favorite, so we trusted him completely. We ordered the lamb chops, lobster tacos, crab fried rice, Brussels sprouts, and calamari for an appetizer. I celebrated a friend’s birthday here. The food was delicious. My favorite was the wagyu dumplings. Hands down the best dumplings I’ve ever had. Our server was great. He was courteous and kind and also gave his honest suggestions and opinions on menu items. Only reason I rated the service a 4 instead of a 5 was because the kitchen was taking a bit long to send out food. Other than that, the atmosphere, food, and service were all great! Will definitely be returning for those dumplings and to try other menu items.

We chose Eddie V’s Prime Seafood for our anniversary dinner, and it was an excellent experience.The oysters were exceptionally fresh, and the fish was among the best I’ve had. The service was highly professional and attentive. The staff provided thoughtful recommendations and maintained a very polished and respectful approach throughout the evening.They contributed to making our anniversary feel truly special. We would definitely recommend it.
