Consistently outstanding. First off, beautiful dining room - comfortable and just nice. Service is always on point. Attentive and courteous. As for the food, really enjoyed the wagyu meatball appetizer. Could tell it was homemade. Crab cake entree was very generous and flavorful. Pretty much anything you order here is good. Highly recommend!

This restaurant defines excellence when it comes to food. Everything we had was nothing short of fantastic. The service was excellent and expedient. Everything was cooked to perfection and the presentation was great. Natural lighting pervades the space of the restaurant, providing a very romantic environment. Artistic mosaics hang around the walls, breathing sophistication into the room. If you are looking for a dining experience that balances world-class flavors with a refined atmosphere, this is it. We will certainly be returning soon.

I am so disappointed in this place. We came here after a show on Valentines Day hoping to end the night on a high note. It was not. Reservations were running late which I can understand. I had dirty silverware on the table. Our server grabbed it and replaced it. Everything was brought out cold. Did not get a drink I ordered. He tried to make up for ignoring us for about 30 minutes with a piece of cake. We refused it and left. This was a let down. Maybe on a slower night. But you don’t get to charge what they charge and get away with mediocre service and cold food. So disappointed. We will never come back here. And I plan on warning. Anyone that does.

This was our first time at an Eddie Merlots and it will definitely not be the last. Everything was amazing, from the service to the food. Josh was our server and he was so awesome. He was personable and he really seemed to know the menu well. Since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, we received a complimentary dessert with a plate that had “happy anniversary” written on it with, I’m assuming, a hardened chocolate. We were so impressed and really thought everything we got was well worth the money that we paid.

This place is stunning. As you walk in, you feel welcome and calm. So as the food is savory, it'll melt in your mouth. I ordered the Prime New York Strip, a must-try: juicy and soft. Almost as wagyu beef. Highly recommended, friendly staff as well. Lots of parking it's free.
