My husband and I were recommended to Ed through a friend, and from day one, having him as our CPA has been the best decision we've made. He not only helped us get our business off the ground but also immediately answered our questions and calmed our fears. Ed has become an integral part of our business. Very unreliable. Tells you he will do one thing and does another. Four years later after finding an honest, helpful accountant and I am still dealing with problems caused by Ed Parker. I just got a notice that I owe over $1,000 due to him filing my taxes late, even though he was given plenty of time to get them taken care of.

I went to Mr Parker in 2018 about a tax issue with delaware state taxes. He charged me to re do the taxes and told me the issue was settled. 4 months later I start getting tax bills again. He assured me the issue was settled, he had been in contact with the state, and I was receiving the notices in error. Fast forward to 2020 I filed my tax returns with his company. Not only do they charge my personal account for the taxes Of my entire family "in error " costing me hundreds of dollars but my taxes were taken by the state. I called and text and left messages. He instructed his assistant to take my calls when they responded and refused to see me or handle the matter. No response from him what so ever after my taxes were taken. He has taken on more accounts than he can handle and simply does

I had a similar experience as z guy. Gave him my taxes in early February... assumed he was diligently working on them... Wrong! Started getting worried in late March because I didn't hear from them. No answers & my taxes hadn't been touched. This caused my taxes to be turned in late (had to take them to another accountant) and I had to pay penalties. Very unprofessional.

Ed is a highly knowledgeable CPA who thinks outside of the box. His fees are very reasonable for the work he does. Sometimes you have to be patient as he’s busy but worth it.
