I had such a wonderful experience at Echelon Brew today! Anthony was incredibly kind and took the time to answer all my questions about where the coffee beans are sourced. It’s clear they truly care about quality. His wife makes amazing bagels that perfectly complement the coffee, which is absolutely delightful! Speaking of the coffee, it’s one of the best I’ve ever had – nice and smooth, with a rich flavor that sets it apart from other places I've tried. I can’t recommend it highly enough. I had the pleasure of trying a café con leche with almond milk today from Echelon Brew Coffee, and let me tell you, it’s truly one of the best! For all my fellow coffee lovers, you might wonder how I enjoy my coffee with almond milk – well, I’m lactose intolerant, and honestly, I couldn’t even taste the difference. It was incredibly smooth! I'm typically not an espresso fan and prefer a milder flavor, but Anthony really nailed it; he knows his coffee inside and out. This drink is hands down the best thing ever! It surpasses those chain coffee shops (which shall remain nameless), and I can’t recommend it enough.
