I’m so glad I followed the nudge to check it out, because from the moment I walked in, I felt like I had discovered a hidden gem. The space is warm, clean, and inviting, and I was immediately greeted with genuine smiles. The staff wasn’t just friendly—they were truly welcoming, taking time to explain the menu, ask about my preferences, and even share a little bit about the story behind their locally owned business. My absolute FAVORITE SPOT! The owners are so accommodating! They’re always smiling and looking for ways to make you feel welcomed. These are the FIRST protein shakes that don’t make me feel icky from artificial sweeteners. They taste AMAZINGLY sinful. But they aren’t! Good for you and tastes yummy?! YES PLEASE! Don’t leave without trying the protein donuts and protein pies! My goodness! Just go!

I love coming to the Healthy spot! The owner and employees Have the best customer service. Very fast efficient even when busy. I love that they make my order the way I need it to my dietary needs. I can’t say I have a favorite because everything I’ve had so far is so good. I’ve been going almost every day for two weeks trying new things. I always get my loaded teas and protein before I hit the gym. Must try you won’t be disappointed.(GET the donuts!)

I stop here each time I am in the area! I love the ocean water juice/tea, chunky money protein smoothie, & the pre made protein puddings. The owner & workers are always super nice & accommodating. I highly recommend stopping by😊
