Ebisuya Japanese Noodle House

Had the Yuzu Shio which was delicious. Ditto for Takoyaki appetizer. Price was reasonable. A very short walk from Malden Center Orange Line Station. Menu was limited but that's usually a good sign as the shop can concentrate on doing just a few dishes well. Interior was simple and small with limited seating.

Great quality ramen! The broth was flavorful and not too heavy. Good noodle texture.

This is my favorite place to eat ramen, especially at the counter. The Japanese movie posters on the brick walls make it feel very cozy. There's always chill music playing. I think I've tried everything on the menu at least once, and my favorite order is some yuzu shio ramen with takoyaki. All the broths are so flavorful and distinct. It's worth coming here on hot summer evenings for the cold noodles too. Try it here first if that's a new dish for you. Everyone is so friendly here! 5 star experience!

We arrived early for dinner on a cold winter Thursday evening, found street parking on the block, had our choice of stools, and sat by the window. The menu includes six types of noodles, six sides, and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages. We enjoyed the yuzu shio and spicy special miso ramen. The pork was tender, noodles perfect, and broths flavorful. The staff were welcoming and very friendly, and we look forward to returning to try other items on the menu.
