Eat'n Park

The service and food were phenomenal. Our waitress Abbey was very attentive and spot on with every aspect of service. The food was cooked perfectly. "The Pittsburger turkey sandwich" was awsome. One of the best sandwiches I had in awhile. The place was clean and upkept. I also thought the price point was decent for the quality of food. I highly recommend this location. Very seldom does a place earn 5 stars but on this visit it was well deserved.

Vicky at the drive-thru was so pleasant, helpful and just a joy to talk to. Because of this, I called the manager, Nathaniel, to let him know and he was the same way! Not only will you get great food at a reasonable price, but you will deal with nice people as well! Thanks everyone for spreading the kindness and giving me a great experience! Yours really is one of the best Eat'n Parks in Pittsburgh! 😊

Haven't been here in years. Seriously. We decided to give it another shot. The renovations are pretty cool. Service has been excellent! We've dined in at least 3x this past month. Different servers, all very attentive. Food was good too. Super burger, mushroom burger and I love the crinkle fries. A good choice.

Always late with pickup orders. Three times in a row, I went to pick up my order and found out it wasn’t ready, even though I had received a pickup-time email. There was no explanation or apology—just a simple “it’s not ready.” What’s odd is that when I mentioned I had somewhere to be and expected the order on time, it suddenly became ready within 2–3 minutes. That said, the food itself is good. I usually order the fish sandwich, which tastes great, and I would recommend people try it. However, the service definitely needs improvement.

First time here. Food was good. I like the wide selection of options. My husband liked the soup and salad bar. Honestly could have just gotten that. My daughter ate almost her entire kids meal. The value seemed pretty good for what we got. Appreciate seeing someone come out and check the temperature of the salad bar items. Really made it feel like they cared about costumer safety. Would come back when we are in the area.
