This location is the best. Jen, the receptionist is awesome and so friendly. Vickie is my favorite waitress, although they are all terrific. But Vickie is special. She makes everyone feel welcome, she's friendly and tends to my order quickly and efficiently. Vickie is "johnny on the spot" to refill my coffee and she makes me feel special. The entire staff is excellent.

Afternoon sandwich and soup spot when in Pittsburgh. This is a chain for a quick bite. Honestly this location was excellent. First time here. We were on the way for an appointment and stopped. Very happy. But on the other hand all locations are not the same when it comes to food, service and cleaning.

This use to be 24hrs it got a upgrade The food is great I just wish they were 24hrs The menu has changed a little bit

I’ve eaten here several times, usually late at night after a shift at work. My combo was always the super burger, fries and a sundae. The foods great. I’m just bummed that it’s no longer open 24/7. I’m now eating somewhere else, but back when it was open 24/7 nothing hit harder than the combo I mentioned above after getting off a shift at work at 1 am or so. I’d sit at a booth with headphones in and watch some Netflix, as I’d eat my food and just chill in the side dining room by myself. I’d never had a problem with the food served and no problems with the staff. 1 star off only because it’s no longer 24/7. But fantastic food, atmosphere, and service by the workers there.

Our waitress, Vickie, is the best of the best! She is extremely attentive! Our coffee is always hot, our orders are accurate, and she ensures we have more than we need. We look forward to our small group meeting, and Vickie plays a huge role in us continuing to return week after week! ❤️
