Eastside Cafe

All I can say is WOW! TWICE!! Get your boots on and grab your partner. Dance on down to the Eastside Cafe in Girard, Kansas! You definitely will not be disappointed! I was seated as soon as I walked through the door. Within one minute I had coffee in front of me. She asked me if it was my first time here. At that point, I was busy taking photos of some homemade mini pies on the counter fresh out of the oven. They looked and smelled crazy awesome. The waitress Layla was outstanding. Within another minute. Another waitress Mandie presented me with a huge fresh baked homemade cinnamon roll. She said it was on the house?! Because I was a first timer! I loved my experience this morning at Eastside Cafe! Traveling through Kansas and found this as a breakfast spot. Quick and amazing service… Amber asked if it was our first time and brought us a surprise. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Another nice spot that’s closing by 2 pm . They have got lots of awards as the best desert etc . Options are very limited for me this I will give 4 star else I may have given more ..

We were in town, visiting. We stopped in at lunch, got the last available table. The service was excellent considering the crowd. The food was excellent. We had the chicken fried sandwich, told our server that we were splitting it along with the curly fries. She had the kitchen staff send it out that way! Now that's service beyond expectation. Prices are very reasonable for fresh cooked food. I highly recommend eating here.

First time and it won’t be the last! Food was awesome and it hit the spot. Definitely one of the best waitresses we’ve had locally just really attentive and helpful! Highly recommended
