East Bay Bed & Breakfast

EXCELLENT stay in the Bayside room. The location is even better than I'd hoped and included easy parking and lots of walkable food options with great views. The large room was well decorated with plenty of privacy, bathroom space, luxury linens and robes. The AC was super cool and the bed... the bed! I don't think I've ever slept so well away from home. Many thanks to the hosts for a wonderful stay.

I have travelled all over the world and as a woman of color, have never experienced the prejudice I did at this hotel. From the moment the owner Rebecca met me, she was unwelcoming. When I booked the room with her over the phone, she described it as a two-bedroom suite. She did not explain the suite was actually two separate rooms and a separate shared bathroom which was essentially located in a hotel common space. The setup is on the third floor but any guest can walk up and access the space. I have two young kids who I did not feel safe leaving in a separate room. So when I questioned Rebecca about moving some bedding around because I felt unsafe leaving my children in the room alone, she incredulously asked me ‘where are you from?, as if I must be from a third world place with such a qu

Loved this place. I felt welcomed, wanted and Diane went out of her way to make me feel this way. From the late night arrival to the early departure. We had a homemade breakfast every morning. We were waited on like we were royalty. We were also told the great places to see. As well as some great coupon saving ideas for the mansions. The home is very clean and beautiful inside. It showed the meticulous detail they have paid to make people's visit a home from home. With biscotti and chocolates available all the time and coupons to local deals I highly recommend this my new home from home in Rhode Island.

Super clean, cozy, quiet, close to everything we needed! Rebecca and Mike were Super-hosts welcoming everyone with smiles and delicious breakfasts that filled the House mornings with the smells of fresh baked goods. Absolutely will recommend and return. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

We've been guests at the EBB&B several times - usually while in town visiting family down the coast. This really is the place to stay in Jamestown. The location is within walking distance of several local favorites and of course the 4th of July fireworks over the water. The proprietors of this warm and cozy home, make you feel as if you're part of their extended family. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms updated. We can't say enough good things. Be sure to book a month or more in advance as they stay fairly booked up especially around major holidays.
