I'm lucky to live within walking distance to this coffee cart. Beans are sourced from Nepal and the owner Joy has a vast amount of knowledge to share if you're interested. The cordyceps mushroom caramel latte is my go to but everything I've tried has been tasty.

I stumbled on this little coffee cart recently, and wow - it’s something special. They source their beans from Nepal, and you can taste how fresh and flavorful they are. But what really hooked me is that they add Ayurvedic ingredients to all the drinks. Since those things only really work if you take them regularly, adding them to coffee (something I already drink every day!) just makes so much sense. Honestly, it’s such a clever and easy way to keep the benefits going. And then there’s the owner/barista — absolutely amazing. Super kind, always up for a chat, and you can tell they put their whole heart into what they do. A must try coffee cart!! Absolutely delicious cordyceps mushroom caramel latte. The chocolate chip cookie knocked it out of the park! The cinnamon roll was a perfect balance with savory hints from the sourdough batter and the perfect amount of sweetness from the frosting. They have a very cute seating area as well. I will definitely be back!

The cart owner is very sweet and engaged me in a warm and friendly conversation on a cold and rainy morning. The vanilla rose latte was delicious, as were the local fresh baked cookies. I'll be back!
