Eagle Baking Company

Went into Eagle baking because finally the sign showed that they were opened. Never consistent with their hours. Purchased two cannolis at five dollars apiece and 10 of the small cookies shown in the picture below. The box of cookies was $20. They weren’t marked pricewise, which is why it was a gotcha. The other cookies Were four dollars apiece, Which was ridiculous. The cookies I purchased were life-saver size, with hardly any jelly inside, very dried out, almost manufactured anywhere, but the bakery. Ridiculous price gouging at its best -maybe if they were good it would’ve been easier to tolerate. I ended up giving them to my dog. They were like dried toast with a pencil eraser tip of filling. Not ever patronizing again.

Thank you Eagle Baking for baking wonderfully delicious pies for us for our wedding day!! Look how amazing they looked before they were cut and dug into!! We appreciate you delivering them to our luncheon! Eagle Baking will be Highly Recommended for any event!!

Coffee is plain just the way I like it. BYO Sweet & Lo. Specialty baked goods you can't get at Kwik Trip. I had an almond snail. Very tasty. Ate it before I remembered to take a photo.

I will be a frequent flyer here! What a great experience! Went in to just check it out and was greeted with a friendly smile. There were rhubarb strawberry pies coming out of the oven and I was able to buy one to take home!! How lucky is that!!! Purchased a sour dough based cranberry walnut bread too with a huge cookie. Got to chat with the owner, Jo!! Super nice!

Joe is knocking it out of the park! She bought everything from the former owners, recipes, equipment etc… All bake goods are as good as before. I just tried her new addition, PIZZA! I loved it! She’s also expanded hours; so, if it’s late and you’re too tired to cook, Joe is open. I don’t think there are any other places in town cooking after 10:00pm. Every town needs a good bakery and Joe fills the bill. Thank you Joe!
