E-Gyu All You Can Eat Revolving Sushi & Korean BBQ - Gainesville

We were excited to see the restaurant finally open and did not know what to expect from the combination of resolving sushi and Korean bbq. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, excellent service, and more importantly a fun and entertaining dinner. The included “all you can eat” food options are limitless: you can pick sushi from the revolving plates, order any preferred sushi directly from your personal display panel, and order a wide variety of meats to cook on your personal grill. The meat and sushi orders are delivered direct to your table by a train car which adds to the fun experience. We will certainly be back as it is an excellent place for a night out with friends or family and the food quality was very good.

All you can eat was the best way for us to enjoy our dining experience here. We were able to order a variety of meat cook it to our desired temperature. Select the type of sushi we like from a conveyor belt. Enjoying fewer interruptions because it's mostly self service. I really enjoyed the experience.

This place was awesome! Amazing food, great service, modern atmosphere, its a night out you wont forget. I highly recommend going!

Ok, I want to start saying I DO recommend coming here because the food and experience is great! However, since this is their soft opening, I do have some constructive criticism to give/hope that things will be better in the future. We waited probably around 45 minutes for 2 people - which we expected, since this has been something we’ve been looking forward to for like 2 years. My biggest request is this: Please please PLEASE make an allergen menu for those of us who need to know what is in our food. That feels like a bare basic for a restaurant to have, even during a soft opening. If not a separate menu to check, please at least put the ingredients on the menu to review as you’re adding things to your cart. If a meat has a marinade, what ingredients are in the marinade. Such a beautiful spot, inside the atmosphere alone makes you want to stay awhile. It’s clean, modern, and just feels elevated the moment you walk in. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. We ordered sushi and Korean BBQ, and both were impressive. The sushi was fresh, vibrant, and beautifully presented. Every bite tasted clean and high quality. The Korean BBQ was packed with flavor, tender and well-seasoned. I also loved that there were a variety of sauces right at the table, so you could customize every bite exactly how you like it. If you’re looking for a place with great food, beautiful ambiance, and welcoming service, this one is definitely worth visiting. We’ll be back.
