First time at this place I have nothing but great things to say. The customer service was great they were very helpful and nice! The bagel I got was ridgeline it was delicious! The fresh cookies were very good as well! Definitely a new favorite spot!

Loved this bagel Sammy and the customer service was so wonderful. I will 100% be coming back here. 10/10 would recommend. Also the gluten friendly option bagel was still so good!! They don’t have completely gf (celiac safe) but do have gf bagel option.

Not a fan of the steamed bagel but so much of this experience was excellent. Our friends love this place and we were in the area picking up furniture so we stopped by. The person behind the counter was just excellent - she was engaging, friendly and super quick. The sandwich was as advertised and the place was clean and well maintained. If only I enjoyed the sandwich more. 😢 I realize now I’m not a fan of steamed bagels and I prefer them toasted. Especially on an everything bagel - the toasting just brings out the flavors. The other thing that was disappointing was ordering something called a “meat chimney” when it reality it was fairly modest. Looked like a pre-cooked egg, pre-cooked sausage and some very thin bacon. Oh my goodness. It was so good. Definitely a hot mess!!!!!! I had the Mr T on an everything bagel. They need to have a hand wipe with each order. Highly, highly recommended. They play great music too.

Shout out to the owner/operator Chris for being very kind and checking in on me and thanks to the other Chris as well for being friendly and being excited about me trying your sandwiches. Sullys Steamers is located in Gainesville right next door to the Wild Wing Cafe. They have an open large space with plenty of room to sit and good parking outside. They have a fun menu, a good team, and most importantly... some impressive SANDWICHES, as Chris said. This isn't just some bagel spot, it's a delicious SANDWICH shop, and boy oh boy is Gainesville lucky to have them!! Check them out ASAP and let me know what you think! They just opened this week on Monday and they're excited to serve all sandwich/bagel lov
