The company has decent products but their consistency is very poor. Calling into the office isn't much help either because I have called before and I spoke with an employee named Christina who was rude and short on the phone. Owner wasn't much help either because my boss had reached out to them before due to orders coming in wrong multiplier times.

Delivers to my neighborhood at 5am slamming pallets around and continual back up beepers going off. I’ve called local police this has been on going on and off for years. Absolutely disrespectful

I enjoy giving companies positive review but it is impossible to give this company a positive review. Christina who works in accounts receivable is probably the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She is arrogant and teeters on the verge of harassment. After dealing with her, I spoke with Chris who was not much better. These people should live on a planet all by themselves. Their customer service just stinks. I will sway anyone I speak away from dealing with these people. They need an education on social skills and dealing with people.

I work for a school district and have been ordering and receiving bread for multiple years from Duva Distributors. They are hands down very professional, and always accommodating. The website is easy to use for ordering. My experience with Accounts Receivable and Christina has been exceptional. She responds promptly to questions and concerns. Thank YOU Christina!

Had a huge catering order that was incorrectly put in by Chris himself. He didn’t want to answer the phone and usually never does because he doesn’t know how to handle conflict. Managers have no experience as long with there whole office. Chris you and your staff need to go to a training class for at least a week. It’s a shame that people think you actually do good business until you actually see a different side of Chris. Don’t believe all these 5 star reviews you see on here. Most are current or past employees.
