Dutch Bros Coffee

I love Dutch Bros and usually have a great experience, but this location can really be hit or miss. This time, I was told to drive all the way around and rejoin the line because I apparently messed up the order of the car behind me. I’m honestly not sure what to say about that. Nobody told me I had to wait for two cars to pass, and I was just following normal merging etiquette. Instead of helping sort it out, they were going to make me restart by having me pull all the way around, basically a penalty for something that wasn’t clear at all. I even have a video of the interaction attached. Along with a video of me not cutting in front of anyone. I’m not sure what kind of policy this is, but it definitely left a bad impression.

I have never come to dutch bros. So this was my first experience ordering. Now I've had a drink from here before but my co-worker surprised me with it 1 morning because she knows I like lemonade. So, I didn't know how to order at first but I figured it out. They were super fast. The employees were so wonderful. Oh my word they are great. I wish the 1 young lady didn't have to be outside to take orders that sucks to me, I pray that they are paying her well.

I live so close and I have been a customer of this store since they began to open and I love their drinks and sweet treats, but sometimes the service I receive can be just so unsatisfying. Sometimes I say to myself I love the Dutch drinks for me and my family but what’s next…long lines, long wait, once a hair in my drink, bad moody personal, no stoppers on several drinks, not well blended when I asked for double blended, and to top it all one time a personal accidentally slipped out of her hand because of her long nails a drink in my moms car 😞. It’s too much now. But today I sent to a contact friend a gift with my Dutch points, and she never received it having the app. Please I just want my Drinks that I buy with a lot of sacrifice 🙁

LISTEN!!!! THIS LOCATION IS MY ALL TIME FAVORITE AND I HAVE BEEN TO MANY LOCATIONS!!!! I hate to say that I have a rebel addiction ok! So I have been to many locations to surpress my cravings 😩 I LOVE this location. HANDS DOWN THE BEST!! Let’s talk about how welcoming and friendly the workers are! I love every single person I have come in contact with. Everyone makes me feel welcomed and make it a point to remember orders and get to know me as an individual not just a customer. The atmosphere and music 10/10 and the drinks are ALWAYS perfect!!! I frequent a blended rebel extra think and this is the ONLY LOCATION that makes my drink extra thick without it tasting like I spent money I wasn’t supposed to be spending on a cup of blended ice! (All other locations my drinks taste like ice) AND!!

Worst drinks I’ve ever had.. stopped at this location Tuesday, 2-10 at 8:45pm. The worker refused to scan the QR code on my app. Then when I got my drinks they were not blended, and the portions were all bad.. ordered and double torture blended as usual and it just taste like a black coffee. I also ordered and strawberry banana and coconut SMOOTHIE, the gave me a slushie and it had no taste of strawberry or banana, purely just coconut. I’ve always preferred Dutch bros over other places because of the variety of drinks and the quality.. but after today I’ll Probably stay away for awhile.
