Dutch Bros Coffee

I wanted to share some honest feedback about my experiences at this particular location. I want to start by saying that I truly love Dutch Bros it’s one of my favorite places to go. Most locations I visit are filled with the sweetest, kindest, and most uplifting employees. That positive energy is a big part of why I keep coming back. However, this specific location has consistently felt different. I’ve had several unpleasant experiences here, and it’s usually with the same few workers. There seems to be an ongoing issue with attitude and a lack of care in customer interactions. It feels unwelcoming at times, which is disappointing because it doesn’t reflect the amazing culture I’ve experienced at so many other Dutch Bros locations. Dutch Bros is always a fun stop for a quick and delicious drink. The staff is incredibly friendly and brings great energy every time I visit. Their menu has tons of creative flavor options, so there’s always something new to try. Service is fast and efficient, even when the line is long. It’s my go-to place when I want a tasty drink and a positive vibe.

This location is the worst. The mess up drinks, they're extremely slow & today being a sticker drop they weren't even handing them out with drink orders & when I asked the girl why they aren't handing the stickers out she was extremely rude about it & threw the sticker at me. She even yelled at the girl at the walk up saying why do people even need stickers. Something was clearly wrong with this employee!

Thank You guys for making my friends birthday so special by putting much thought and energy into crafting it she loved her drink I really love the way the drink turned out shout out to the lady working at the window 🙏🏼✨

They're always so friendly and ready to take your order and work fast.
