Dutch Bros Coffee

I placed an online order for a Hopscotch Protein Latte and a breakfast sandwich. The app said it’d be ready at 9:12am. I arrived at 9:17am only to be told it would be a couple of minutes. I waited until 9:22am, at that point I told the young lady at the window I had to go. I asked her if should could refund my account the amount of the order, she told me yes. I waited a couple of days, no refund. I reached out to DB customer service on the website. The Bot sent me an email with free medium drink and an explanation that the franchise owner/manager would contact me regard the refund issue. It’s been 8 days and I have not received a call or been issued a refund. I consider this theft. I paid for products I didn’t receive. I’m not going to let this go until I get my money.

I come to this Dutch bros often but had a bad experience today. There was only one vehicle ahead of me and it took over 20 minutes to get my drink because the workers were busy talking to the young girl in the vehicle in front of me. Once she got her drink they continued to talk for another 5 minutes. By the time I got to the window the pup cup I received was melted and the worker gave me attitude which was disappointing. Seems like a bunch of teenagers working there which is great but they need better training

Not happy at all. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had going here. It was extremely busy, which wasn’t really the issue. The whole experience took over 45 minutes just to get one drink. They kept people’s drinks sitting rather than handing them out as they were ready. They were more concerned with rushing to get orders taken, then hand out orders in batches. Our drink clearly sat for awhile before we got it. It tasted horrible. All of the wait and have a decent tip just to be disappointed. Should have just gone through the drive through.

The girl at the window that took my order, did not know what one of drinks were. I guess because of a “name change”. Should still know what the old drinks were called as some of us loyal customers have been getting this drinks since Dutch Opened. My coffees tasted like sweet milk, barely any flavor of coffee. I had the staff remake them and they tasted the same. I let them know they still didn’t taste like they’re supposed to. They wanted to remake them a third time and I saw no thanks as I’m sure they will be the same, Went to another location instead and they were able to make it right. Lots of trainees at this location still learning.

Always go here before work, I got there 40 minutes before work waited behind one car for 25 minutes. It’s ridiculous. They need to talk to their night workers about not talking to their friends all night at the drive-through window. Instead of making customers wait that long it’s crazy good thing there’s more coffee places near by this place..
