Coming to Dutch bros. Is always good. When I can make it on time, you close too early, but today was extra nice experience. Server Roxy was, cheerful. Courteous and respectful.
I always have a 10/10 experience here! The staff is consistently friendly and attentive. Today I got to see my favorite worker Ashley (the curly haired girl) she’s always so amazing! She's so nice has a great attitude and repeats my order to make sure she gets it right. Even though it was busy, she took my order quickly. I usually get the same thing, but she suggested a Rebel with boba. I had never tried boba before, but this combination made me love it! Seriously, the Dutch Bros employees at this location are the nicest people and they have the best customer service AND The drinks are always amazing. Five stars isn’t enough!⭐️♾️
I just had the best experience at this location, thanks to the lovely Monica! She took my order and was super quick to suggest alternatives when I mentioned I wasn’t a fan of 2% milk. Seriously, her recommendations were on point! It felt like we were old friends catching up, which made the whole vibe so chill and fun. Plus, my drink was absolutely delicious—definitely hitting the spot! Great customer service always warms my heart! ☕💖
Great experience and just great workers all around. The customer service here is amazing, always making me feel welcomed to come back. I personally love energy drinks and I was recommended to try a passion fruit with pineapple sugar free rebel from this worker with reddish curly hair (I wasn’t able to get her name) but super kind :] Now that drink is all I get whenever I visit.
I had such a great experience at Dutch Bros! The drinks were amazing as always, but what really stood out was the customer service. Lily was the one who helped me, and she was so kind, upbeat, and welcoming. She had the best energy, super sweet, and just made the whole experience way more fun. My drink was perfect, and her vibe made my day. Shoutout to Lily—she’s the reason I’ll keep coming back! 💙🥰🫶☺️
