Dutch Bros Coffee

I love this Dutch Bros location. Wait time generally varies depending on what might be offered that day (extra points on orders, sticker day, etc). I went this week for the color changing straws, but sadly they were sold out. However, the bro-ista was so kind as to give me a free sticker instead! Very impressed with my recent experience!

I love this location. I have been going here for years. The service is great and the staff are always very pleasant. My only issue is I cannot taste any of the flavoring in my hot coffee beverages. I ordered a caramelizer recently and maybe got a hint of caramel flavoring. I have ordered 3 banana bread hot coffees at separate times with the exact same issue. Couldn't taste any banana at all. My daughter even had a sip and said the same thing. Again, wonderful staff and vibes. They must need to up the FLAVA!!!

I tapped to pay. They didn’t give me a receipt so while waiting I asked for one. Come to find out they self tipped themselves. That’s stealing. I did not authorize that. I would have tipped if you gave me a screen to select how much percent. Will not be returning to this location and letting everyone I know about this.

Coffee was great. Drive through not easy to get into for large vehicles. Service is always excellent.

Dutch Bros never disappoints. They consistently make my drink well and are kind and courteous, friendly and willing to get you exactly what you want. Their app works great and the rewards are easy to get. This location is one of my favorites, as the broistas are kind and funny and easy to interact with.
