Dutch Bros Coffee

My whole family loves Dutch Bros. It is regularly factored into our budget. While the service is amazing in person (greeting, handing drinks ect.) and the taste is great, we have noticed a problem with not labeling drinks. (Klamath Falls, OR - Campus Dr. location). All the cups and lids are the same, so when we pick up a mobile order and get handed the drinks, we don't know which is which. We have food allergies in our house, and this could be very dangerous! I get you are busy, because you are all amazing. Please make sure you label drinks all the time!

It was 8 pm and when I drove up, employee completely ignored me. She was putting cups away, cleaning, never looked at the window. I knocked on the window with no response. I honked lightly hoping she would look out toward the window. Double checked they were open until 10 pm. This employee was oblivious!!! I left and drove back to town and got coffee somewhere else. Disappointing!!!

Friendly service. Drinks were good, well made. Always enjoy stopping by this location whenever I'm in the area

Awesome best coffee ever. Baristas are very friendly and know my 2 fur babies at every location. I love Dutch Bros. Need a pt job at one.
